Overview

Dikgatlong Local Municipality invites quotations for the supply, delivery and offloading of electrical materials to support high-mast lighting maintenance, infrastructure upgrades and preventative maintenance. Suitable bidders are electrical-material suppliers/distributors capable of providing items such as distribution boards, circuit breakers, surge arrestors and cables, with conforming SANS/SABS standards; bidders should have the capacity to supply across the listed items and comply with local procurement goals.

• CSD registration
• Valid Tax Clearance or tax pin
• No undisputed municipal debt >90 days (or provide lease/tribal authority documentation if renting)
• Complete and submit MBD forms 4, 6.1, 8 and 9
• Quote must include municipality address and VAT number (4450111283)
• Quote validity: 30 days
• 80/20 evaluation: 80 for price, 20 for Locality/HDI (with points as per policy)
• Late submissions rejected; no partial payments; municipality may accept all or part of bid if justified
• Quotes must comply with the Procurement Policy and relevant regulations
