Overview

RFQ133ST2026 for the provision of transport for 107 delegates in Namibia. The University of Fort Hare seeks a registered transport service provider to move 107 delegates by road to/from Namibia, per attached specifications (Specification-for-Transport-5-12-December-2026.pdf). Requirements

• Registration on CSD and UFH supplier/database.
• Original tax clearance certificate and company information as per bidding documents.
• Full compliance with UFH SCM policies; submit quotes electronically with RFQ133ST2026 referenced in subject.
• Pricing and evaluation: 80/20 preference (price vs. Specific Goals) with 20 points for Specific Goals; 51% women ownership target; provide B-BBEE status evidence.
• Complete SQD Form 1 and SBD forms (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.2, SBD 8) and Price Declaration.
• Sub-contracting details if applicable.
• Payment terms: within 30 days after invoice (contract terms).
• Travel/specs: two coaches capable of ~107 passengers as per attached transport specs (Specification-for-Transport-5-12-December-2026.pdf; Specification-transport-Bloemfontein.pdf for reference).
