RFQ124ST2026: Provision of transport for 29 delegates in Johannesburg for the University of Fort Hare. Suitable bidders are transport service providers with passenger-transport capability, a capable fleet, and ability to operate under SA SCM and governance rules.

Requirements

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory.
• Registration on the University of Fort Hare Database.
• Submit an original Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Complete SQD Form 1 and related SBDs (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 9; plus other SBDs as per RFQ packets).
• Compliance with UFH SCM policies; adherence to price-based adjudication and requirement to obtain a UFH order in writing if awarded.
• Preference points: 80/20 (price vs. specific goals) with a specific goal of 51% women ownership; BBBEE documentation required and claimed in accordance with regulations.
• Be able to transport 29 delegates in Johannesburg and comply with GBV, ethics, anti-fraud policies and related governance requirements.
• Disclose any relationships with state employees or other bid participants; sign the Declaration of Interest and Certificate of Independent Bid Determination.
