Overview

Appointment of a service provider to provide catering services for NFVF staff meeting on 24 July 2026 for 25 attendees at the NFVF offices (87 Central Street, Houghton). Suitable bidders are professional catering providers with corporate/event experience, able to deliver a breakfast and a lunch service as specified, with pricing inclusive of VAT and required B-BBEE compliance.

Requirements

• Complete and sign all administrative documents; no late bids.
• Pricing must include unit and total prices inclusive of VAT for items listed.
• Comply with the General Conditions of Contract and/or SLA; conform to procurement rules.
• Submit required forms: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9; CSD registration proof; valid TCC status or PIN; company profile.
• Provide B-BBEE proof (certificate or affidavit) and claim specific goals if applicable.
• Provide proof for any specific goals claimed; comply with 80/20 (price vs. specific goals) scoring.
• Do not be listed on tender defaulters/treasury databases; disclose any prohibited affiliations.
• Ensure service meets menu timing: breakfast ready by 8:30, lunch ready by 14:00.
