Overview

RFQ for the supply and delivery of water network repair materials in Citrusdal (e.g., 125mm x 6m UPVC socketed pipe and 80mm fire hydrant gaskets 165 PCD) to Cederberg Municipality. Target bidders are suppliers of water infrastructure materials with ability to deliver within 7–14 days, and who can satisfy CSD, tax clearance, and B-BBEE/locality requirements.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with proof.
• Provide a valid tax clearance certificate or tax compliance PIN; VAT registration if applicable; prices inclusive of VAT.
• Complete and submit MBD4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD8 (Past SCM practices), MBD9 (Independent determination), and MBD6.1 (Preference points) forms; provide B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Locality evidence: proof of locality within Cederberg, West Coast, or Western Cape (e.g., municipal account or lease/affidavit).
• Delivery period undertaking completed (delivery within 7–14 days from PO) and Annexure A submitted.
• POPI consent and GCC acknowledgement; no corrections with Tipp-Ex; hard-copy submissions only.
