Overview

Appointment of a service provider to supply and deliver a range of stationery items to NFVF for 2026-2027. Bidders with office-supplies capabilities able to supply items such as paper, pens, markers, folders, notebooks, tapes, gloves, cables, and related stationery items listed in the RFQ must consider bidding.

Requirements

• Complete and sign all administrative documents: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9, plus a company profile.
• Provide CSD registration proof; valid TCC status or PIN certificate; and a B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Unit prices and total price (incl. VAT) must be provided for items listed.
• Procurement follows the PFMA/PPFA framework with 80/20 (Goods ≤ R50m) evaluation and preference points for specific goals; quotations above R2,000 are subject to the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022.
• Provide proof for specific goals claimed (e.g., B-BBEE status, ownership, gender, youth); clear disclosure required.
