RFQ20/2026-2027: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STATIONERY AND EQUIPMENT TO CLANWILLIAM – CORPORATE SERVICES

Overview

RFQ for the supply and delivery of stationery and office equipment to Clanwilliam – Corporate Services, issued by Cederberg Municipality. Suppliers of office stationery and equipment should consider bidding, ensuring registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and compliance with municipal SCM requirements and PPP Regulations 2022.

Requirements

• Eligible to participate in municipal tenders; register on CSD; comply with general SCM requirements and PPP Regulations 2022.
• Submit a formal written price quotation by not later than 12:00 on 05 November 2026 (RFQ20/2026-2027) via email to scm@cederberg.gov.za or by hand to the SCM Office, Clanwilliam; quotations remain valid 30 days.
• Complete the required forms: MBD4, MBD8, MBD9; provide tax clearance certificate or PIN; VAT registration (if applicable); B-BBEE certificate; 80/20 evaluation; POPI consent; GCC; proof of CSD registration.
• Delivery period: 7 to 14 days from receipt of purchase order; Annexure A fully completed.
• Restrictions: no quotes from persons in the service of the state; no late or non-compliant submissions; corrections must be in black ink.
• Evaluation: 80/20 preference (price 80; B-BBEE and locality up to 20); localities within Cederberg/West Coast/Western Cape may earn points.

• Documents to submit: MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; tax clearance or PIN; VAT proof; B-BBEE verification; POPI consent; GCC; Annexures A and the delivery undertaking; Annexure A completion.
• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration; tax clearance; POPI compliance; etc.
• Note: the attached specification lists items such as Full Strip Stapler No6, F/S Suspension File, 10mm binding combs, ballpoint pen, A4 slatted container, Optiplan tabs, Z20 folder, shredder, laminator; delivery within 7-14 days after PO.
