• Adhere to Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022: 80/20 scoring (price vs specific goals) with up to 20 points for specific BBEE goals (see table in document).
• Provide proof for specified BBEE goals and comply with sub-contracting limits (max 25% to non-EME unless sub-contractor is an eligible EME).
