Overview

NFVF invites quotes from qualified suppliers to supply and deliver stationery for the 2026-2027 period. Bidders should be able to source and supply the items listed (pens, stapler, notebooks, envelopes, white boards, etc.) and deliver in accordance with NFVF specifications, pricing (inclusive of VAT), and the contract/SLA terms. Suitable bidders include office-supply or stationery providers with the capacity to meet the listed item quantities and delivery requirements and to complete all mandatory procurement documentation, including B-BBEE compliance.

Requirements

• Complete and sign all administrative documents; no late bids.
• Provide unit prices and total price inclusive of VAT for all listed items.
• Submit mandatory forms: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9, plus a company profile.
• Additional returnable documents: proof of CSD registration, valid TCC status or PIN certificate, and a B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• B-BBEE: claims must be evidenced; specific-goals points (80/20) apply if applicable, with proof for each goal.
• Adhere to Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022; highest-scoring bid wins based on price and specific goals, with provisions for tie-breakers.
• All bids subject to the General Conditions of Contract and/or SLA.
