Requirements

• Register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and be in good SARS standing with a valid PIN.
• If a consortium/joint venture/sub-contractor is involved, each party must have its own TCS/CSD documentation.
• Submit all mandatory forms: SBD 1 (with resolution if not a sole proprietor) and SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest).
• Comply with PPPFA, GCC, and any special conditions; sign the service-level contract (SLA) if awarded.
• Complete SBD 7 and SBD 7.2 disclosures; provide BBBEE ownership proof (≥51% Black, Women, Youth, Persons with disabilities) with certified documents.
• Price will be evaluated under an 80/20 preference system (price 80, goals 20); ensure all required bid documents and pricing schedule are included.
• Delivery, installation, training on site, 12 months technical support, and transport/insurance are required (Durban/Pinetown area).
