Overview

NFVF seeks a service provider to supply and deliver sound hire equipment for NFVF at the Kalahari Info Centre, Reitfontein, from 24 to 28 August 2026. The scope includes 1 Bluetooth speaker, 1 projector, and 1 projector screen for up to 40 participants, with a 5-day hire period. Requirements

• Provide unit and total prices inclusive of VAT for listed items.
• Claim specific PPPFA goals with proof; zero points if not proved.
• Submit proof and undergo NFVF risk assessment (financial stability, references, delivery capability).
• Adhere to general bidding conditions; late bids are not accepted; award may follow SLA/GC terms.
