Bidders with geyser installation/maintenance experience, relevant contractor certifications, and PPPFA 2022 compliance are invited. Requirements

• Full completion of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/specification
• Attendance of the compulsory site briefing
• Attachment of datasheets, reference letters, proof of certification/accreditation, and functionality requirements
• No RFQ from persons in the service of the state; none blacklisted by National Treasury
• Quotes on PDF, on company letterhead; JV agreements properly signed if applicable
• Administrative documents: Original valid Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate/affidavit, municipal rates not older than 90 days, MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9, proof of CSD registration, MBD 6.1, and company registration documents with director IDs (where applicable)
