Requirements

• Accredited Skills Development provider with at least one client reference letter for Legal Liability Training.
• Proof of accreditation as a Skills Development provider.
• Data projector and stationery (provider must supply; costs to be included in pricing).
• Submit a minimum of one client reference letter on client letterhead.
• CSD registration / Supplier Number.
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (compulsory).
• Original tax clearance (or SARS PIN) (compulsory).
• Municipal rates and taxes not older than 90 days in arrears (compulsory).
• Quotation on PDF, on company letterhead; JV agreements where applicable.
• Complete and sign MBD returnables (MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9) and relevant company docs.
