Suitable bidders are those with proven Paterson job-evaluation experience, municipal/public sector exposure, and the ability to provide a dedicated grading consultant with documented CV, client references, and BBBEE evidence.

Requirements

• A dedicated grading consultant with minimum 6 years’ Paterson System experience; successor must match this expertise.
• Five years’ experience in Job Evaluation/Grading within a municipal environment; provide company profile.
• Provide 3 references in the last five years on client letterhead, dated and signed.
• Mandatory evidence: company profile, reference letters, CV of key consultant.
• All quotations must be on company letterhead, include all taxes, and be submitted as PDFs; no state employees or bidders blacklisted are eligible.
• Complete BOQ/Specification, attend compulsory site briefing (where applicable), and submit required datasheets, certifications, accreditations, and JV agreements if applicable.
