Overview

Procurement of a 3-day GCC 2025 4th Edition training program for 45 participants, delivered by an ECSA-accredited trainer, to Johannesburg Water. Requirements

• Training on General Conditions of Contract for Construction Works 4th Edition GCC 2025 (incl. changes from GCC 2015) for 45 attendees; GCC 2025 and Guide provided to attendees.
• Training venue must be provider premises within 20 km of City of Johannesburg; submit proof of address (municipal account or lease) not older than 90 days.
• Training must be ECSA-accredited with 3 CPD; provide proof of accreditation with submissions (see document).
• Include catering for all days; provide menu and total in quotation; accommodate dietary needs at same cost.
• Duration: 3 days; bidder to state exact duration in quotation.
• Administration: attendance registers, course feedback, and certificates/statement of results delivered to JWater Training Centre on completion.
• Pricing/terms: all taxes included; firm pricing; price validity 60 days; delivery costs included.
• Mandatory compliance: BBBEE (certificate or sworn affidavit), CSD registration, tax clearance, MBDs (4, 6.1, 8, 9), and PDF submissions on company letterhead; ensure no conflicts of interest; relate to supply chain policies.

  • CSD registration / Supplier number.
  • Lease agreement or municipal account as proof of address (not older than 90 days).
  • POPIA consent form and data privacy notices.
  • Company on letterhead; PDFs only; no MS Word/Excel unless specified.
• Pre-qualifications: must be registered on CSD; comply with BBBEE and tax requirements; not in the service of the state; no tender defaulter status; no related conflicts of interest.
