Overview

Travel arrangements for three participants to attend the Labware Annual Customer Education Conference 2026, including return flights and shuttle transfers between CYDNA Laboratory and airports/accommodation. Bidders should be travel management/transport providers with corporate travel capability and relevant compliance (CSD registration, tax clearance, BBBEE, etc.). The travel is for 08–11 September 2026, with flights Orlando: OR Tambo–George and back, plus three-person shuttle transfers to/from CYDNA Laboratory, accommodation transfers, and George Airport transfers.

Requirements

• Mandatory completion of the BOQ/Specification; attendance at compulsory briefings (where applicable); attach datasheets, reference letters, proof of certification, accreditation (where applicable).
• Bidders must not be in the state’s service, and must not be blacklisted.
• Quotes must be PDF on company letterhead; JV agreements must be submitted if applicable.
• Administrative documents: Original Tax Clearance; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; municipal rates statement; MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9; proof of CSD registration; company registration documents with IDs.
• POPIA/privacy disclosures apply for personal data handling.
