Overview

Procurement of a Portable Field Colorimeter for Water Analysis (portable calorimeter/instrument). Johannesburg Water invites bids from suppliers of portable water-quality instrumentation capable of measuring parameters such as free chlorine, total chlorine and monochloramine, with datasheet and after-sales support, and who meet mandatory supplier requirements (CSD registration, tax clearance, BBBEE, etc.).

Requirements

• Full completion of the BOQ/specification and attachment of datasheet.
• No RFQ from persons in the service of the state; not blacklisted; on PDF, on company letterhead.
• Include a valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; ensure attached MBD forms are completed and signed.
• Submit a copy of a valid lease agreement or municipal account not older than 3 months and not in arrears beyond 90 days.
• Include Joint Venture Agreement if applicable.
• Provide CSD registration/supplier number; include MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; supply chain policy acceptance.
• Administrative checks: POPIA privacy compliance and contact details as per the tender documents.
