Overview

Procurement of supply, delivery, offloading and 12-month rental of industrial gas cylinders and related consumables for Johannesburg Water’s Fennell Road Welding Workshop. Requirements

• Complete BOQ/specification; attend compulsory site briefing; attach datasheet, references, certifications.
• Not in the service of the state; not blacklisted.
• Quotes on PDF on letterhead; JV agreements signed where applicable.
• All suppliers must be on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); provide CSD supplier number.
• Submit Original Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate or compliant sworn affidavit, municipal rates statement (not older than 90 days), and the MBD forms (4, 6.1, 8, 9); company registration documents with directors’ IDs.
• Pricing must be firm, inclusive of taxes; use MBD 3.1; 60-day bid validity.
