Overview

Supply and delivery of bespoke sampling point spares needed to comply to SANS 241 and Blue Drop standards. This opportunity is open to suppliers capable of providing stainless steel fittings, valves, sockets, PTFE tape, and related spares; bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and hold a valid tax clearance, plus BBBEE documentation. Deliveries are to Johannesburg Water’s Hamburg Depot.

Requirements

• Full completion of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or specification.
• Attachment of datasheet, reference letters, proof of certification/accreditation, and functionality requirements where applicable.
• No RFQ from persons in the service of the state; no blacklisted bidders.
• Quotes must be PDF on company letterhead; JV agreements if applicable.
• Mandatory registrations: CSD registration/supplier number; original tax clearance; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Municipal rates/taxes not older than 90 days in arrears.
• Provide MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9, MBD 6.1 (preference form), and company registration documents with directors’ IDs.
• Pricing must be firm and inclusive of all taxes; delivery costs to be included in bid price.
