Overview

Procurement of a topographical survey for the Northern Works Treatment Plant, including cadastral data collation, field surveys, beacons, digital terrain models and mapping outputs. Suitable bidders are professional land surveyors or surveying teams with SAGC-aligned qualifications, must be registered on CSD, and provide BBBEE documentation and related certifications.

Requirements

• Professional Land Surveyor: BSc in Engineering Survey or equivalent; Professional Registration certificate; CV with ≥4 years’ experience; limited to 3 active projects.
• Surveyor: National Diploma in Engineering Survey (or equivalent); CV with ≥3 years’ experience; limited to 1 active project.
• Compliance: registered on CSD; valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; attach all MBDs; lease or municipal account not older than 3 months and not in high-mobility areas >90 days; quotes on company letterhead; no RFQ from state employees; not blacklisted.
• Evaluation: 80/20 price/qualifications; PPPFA 2022 specific goals; adherence to SAGC Act 2013 and SAGC code of conduct.
• Deliverables/Requirements: provide required CAD/Digital data, beacons, DTMs, and survey drawings; provide two hard copies of insurances (PII) if applicable; security, establishment costs, and PSIRA Grade E security costs may apply.
• Resources: complete resource allocation table with names and qualifications; professionals capped per project as stated.

• Briefing: 8 July 2026, 10:00, at the Northern Works Wastewater Treatment Works, Diepsloot (non-compulsory).
• Documents to attach: completed BOQ/specifications; datasheets, reference letters, proof of certification/accreditation; BBBEE documentation; MBDs; lease or municipal account (not older than 3 months); Joint Venture agreements if applicable; PDFs on company letterhead.
