Requirements

• Key personnel and experience
  • 1 x Professional Land Surveyor/Geomatics Professional (BSc Eng Survey or equivalent), 4–5 years’ experience
  • 1 x Surveyor (National Diploma/BTech in Engineering Survey or equivalent), 3–4 years’ experience
  • Minimum two relevant completed projects with references
• Compliance and documentation
  • SAGC Act 2013 compliance; PPPFA 2022 80/20 scoring; CSD registration
  • BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; completed attached MBDs
  • PDFs on company letterhead; JV agreements if applicable
• Administrative and scope items
  • Full completion of BOQ/specification; compulsory site briefing (where applicable)
  • Attach datasheets, references, certifications; lease/municipal statement not older than 3 months
  • Security, disbursement costs, and establishment costs accounted for in bids (as specified)
