Overview

Supply and delivery of electrical spares for ALVEDA equipment to Johannesburg Water. Target bidders are electrical parts suppliers with valid tax clearance, BBBEE certification or sworn affidavit, CSD registration, and ability to conform to PPPFA 2022 evaluation criteria.

Requirements

• Full completion of the BOQ/specification where applicable.
• Attendance at compulsory site briefing (where applicable).
• Attach datasheets, references, proof of certification/accreditation, and functionality requirements (where applicable).
• No bids from persons in the state’s service; no blacklisted bidders.
• Quotes on PDF on company letterhead; for JV, signed JV agreement.
• Administrative: Original valid Tax Clearance; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; municipal rates not older than 90 days; MBD4, MBD8, MBD9 where applicable; proof of CSD registration; BBBEE/non-compliant affidavits will be scored accordingly.
• MBD forms 3.1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9 required; company registration documents with director IDs; POPIA/privacy statements compliance.
• Pricing must be firm, inclusive of taxes; delivery costs to be included; delivery timing to be stated.
