Overview

Procurement of professional services to update and prepare as-built building plans for Johannesburg Water depots, ensuring compliance with SANS standards, occupancy and compliance certificates. Bidders should be SACAP-registered architects, senior architectural technologists, or architectural technologists (proof of registration required); engineers (Fire, Mechanical, Structural) may be engaged as part of the proposal; must be registered on CSD and present required certifications and documentation.

Requirements

• SACAP registration in good standing (proof required)
• Ability to appoint Fire, Mechanical and Structural Engineers; include council submission fees
• Plans updated to reflect current layout; compliance with SANS 10400 Part T and Part A to XA
• Gas storage cage updated per SANS 10087 and integrated into plans
• Install anchor points on roof per SANS 50795 and EN 795:2012; develop/update emergency evacuation plans
• Council approvals and Occupation Certificate support; Certificates of Compliance/Completion as needed
• Administrative: PDF quotes on company letterhead; data sheets, reference letters, proof of certifications; JV agreements if applicable
• Mandatory returnable documents: Original tax clearance, BBBEE certificate/affidavit, municipal rates, MBD forms, CSD supplier number, etc.
• 80/20 evaluation: 80 points for price, 20 for PPPFA 2022-goals; all taxes included
