Overview

Supply and delivery of office furniture to the Eswatini Revenue Service (ERS) under a limited national tender ERS2026/021. The procurement is restricted to nationals with two listed bidders (Solid Rock Design Partners; Stonewood Creations) and covers two lots: Lot 1 – DR Temporary Office Furniture, Manzini; Lot 2 – Processing and Automation Office Furniture, ERS Headquarters, Ezulwini. Each lot is evaluated independently.

Requirements

• Eligibility: legal capacity, not insolvent/receivership/bankrupt, tax and social security compliance, no conflict of interest; nationality of Eswatini; may form JV with joint and several liability; Power of Attorney required for signatories.
• Documents: Tender Submission Sheet, Price Schedule, evidence of eligibility/origin, Code of Ethical Conduct; Manufacturer authorization not required for this TDS.
• Goods and conformity: provide evidence of conformity to Statement of Requirements; samples/demonstrations may be requested.
• Financial: tender prices in SZL; prices fixed unless TDS allows adjustments; currency conversion as specified.
• Tender security: not required for this procurement; submission must meet all terms to be responsive.
• Lot structure: Lot 1 and Lot 2 evaluated separately.

How to Apply

• Deadline: 7 October 2026 at 10:00 local time. Clarifications (if any) must be by 1 day before closing date (as stated in ITT).
• Submissions: sealed hard-copy to ERS HQ tender box or encrypted email to tenders@ers.org.sz; encrypted password due within 30 minutes post-deadline; MS Teams link available for online bidders.
• Documents to obtain/submit: documents from ERS website or local newspapers; Tender Submission Sheet and Price Schedules; Power of Attorney; Code of Ethical Conduct; evidence of eligibility/origin; compliance with Section 6 Statement of Requirements.
