Overview

Quotation for road marking and line work on Main Road (R62), Barrydale (Swellendam Municipality). Contractors with road-marking/line-painting and civil roadworks capabilities, and a valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN, are invited to bid.

Requirements

• Submit in a sealed envelope clearly marked with quotation number and description to the Municipal Quotation Box at 11 Lind Street.
• Submissions must be received by 11:00 on 30 October 2026; late submissions not considered.
• Use prescribed documents and include a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN.
• No submissions by email or fax.
• Technical inquiries must be in writing; no inquiries in the last two days before closing.
• Bids are evaluated under the Preferential Procurement Policy (80/20); Council may accept all or part and is not obliged to accept the lowest bid.
• Quotations remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.
