Overview

Roof waterproofing services for a 750 m² roof at The Playhouse Company (Durban) including removal of failed waterproofing, substrate preparation, Derbigum torch-on membrane installation and two coats of aluminium reflective paint. Bidders should hold CIDB grading 2SN or higher (or 2GB+), with torch-on system experience on commercial/building envelopes. Pre-qualification includes ICCASA CMS accreditation, CIDB, CSD registration, SARS tax compliance, completed SBDs, COIDA good standing, and appointment of key personnel. A compulsory site briefing is on 04/11/2026 at 10:00 at 29 Acutt Street, Durban. Submissions are electronic and due by 11/11/2026 at 11:00, with bid validity of 90 days. OHS file submission is required from the successful bidder only.

• Fully priced BOQ (no alterations) and 10% contingency/ VAT adherence
• OHS file to be submitted by the successful bidder (not bid-stage)
