Overview

The Kenya Rural Roads Authority Kakamega region is procuring Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Emako/Mulufu/Musoli Road. Suitable bidders are contractors registered in KeRRA Kakamega Region (KeRRA/W2 or KeRRA/W3) and, if forming a JV, its members must be duly liable for the contract.

Requirements

• Eligibility: registered KeRRA Kakamega W2/W3; JV rules apply; no public officers as bidders; no conflicts of interest.
• Compliance: fraud/corruption declarations; tax clearance; National Construction Authority registration (pre-condition of award); foreign bidders must meet 40% local input.
• Tender security: Kenya Shillings 200,000.
• Documentation: Form of Tender, priced Bills of Quantities, Tender Security or Declaration, Joint Venture Agreement or intent, technical proposal, and other documents per ITT.
• Site/clarifications: site visit encouraged; pre-tender meeting details per TDS; addenda may amend documents.
