Routine Maintenance & Spot Improvement of Muthaa-South Kitui NR Gate (B88) Road funded through the Fuel Maintenance Levy Fund (RMLF). Bidders must be registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) in categories NCA 6, 7 or 8 and may include AGPO-Women participants; the process includes a mandatory pre-tender site visit. Requirements

• Mandatory qualifications to submit with the bid:
• Copy of certificate of incorporation
• Copy of valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes 6,7,8)
• Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• Copy of CR12 form (issued within 6 months)
• Copy of AGPO registration in WOMEN category
• Page-by-page serialization of tender documents
• Other criteria per tender documents (e.g., similar experience, qualified personnel, current workload)
• Eligibility rules and prohibitions:
• Bids limited to a maximum of two tenders per bidder per year; cannot bid if currently awarded/engaged in conflicting works
• No canvassing; exclusive citizen contractor preferences; conflict of interest prohibitions
• Foreign bidders must meet 40% local content requirements
• Registration with NCA is a condition of contract award, not tender
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration required
• Post-qualification procurement method; disclosures and verification may be required
