Overview

Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Chetambe Forest-Nabuyole-Lukusi (L1-Webuye) Road is being procured as a Small Works contract, reserved for women, with an Open Tender process. Targets are qualified road-works contractors, specifically women-owned businesses (AGPO-Women), able to meet Kenyan public-procurement requirements and to undertake site works in Bungoma County.

Requirements

• Certified copy of certificate of incorporation/registration
• Certified valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) with KRA checker
• Certified copy of valid PIN and VAT registration
• Audited financial statements for last three years (2023–2025), signed by ICPAK
• Current CR12 certificate (within 7 months) with directors’ IDs
• Valid current single business permit from the County Government of Bungoma
• Anti-Corruption Declaration/Code of Ethics and Debarment Declaration
• Form of Tender completed, signed, stamped; power of attorney if applicable
• AGPO-Women registration or eligibility proof
• Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration
• Tender validity of 280 days
