Overview

Procurement of Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement works for the Kimarich-Kapero Road (KeRRA/008/KEMA/039/25|26-066). This is a Works contract, restricted to the WOMEN category; eligible bidders are women-owned/led firms (single or joint ventures). The works are managed by KeRRA Keiyo Marakwet Region.

Requirements

• Reserved for women; eligibility limited to women-owned entities or approved JVs.
• Compliance with anti-corruption, including signing a Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• No conflicts of interest; no debarment; adherence to Public Procurement laws.
• National content: foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers.
• Pre-award conditions: National Construction Authority registration before contract signature; tax clearance.
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration; formal joint venture arrangements if applicable.
