Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Gas – North Horr (A4) Road; open to NCA-registered contractors in categories 6–8, with AGPO WOMEN eligibility, financed through the Road Maintenance Levy Fund.

Requirements

• Mandatory submissions with bid:
  • Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
  • Copy of Valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes 6–8)
  • Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
  • Copy of CR12 form (issued within last 6 months)
  • Copy of AGPO Registration Certificate in WOMEN category
  • Serialise all pages of tender documents
• Other prerequisites or qualifications:
  • Documented similar previous experience; qualified technical personnel; current workload; general eligibility
  • Compliance with exclusive citizen contractor preferences; anti-canvassing
  • NCA registration before contract award; 40% local inputs for foreign bidders (if applicable)
