Overview

Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Km 80 - Darathe AP Camp – Jn Buluk (A4) Road. KeNHA invites bids from eligible construction companies registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) in Category NCA 6, 7 or 8, for works funded through the Fuel Maintenance Levy Fund (RMLF).

Requirements

• Mandatory documents with bid: copy of Certificate of Incorporation; copy of valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes 6/7/8); copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate; copy of CR12 (issued within last 6 months); page serialization of tender documents.
• Other qualification needs: demonstrated similar previous experience; qualified professional/technical personnel; assessment of current workload; adherence to eligibility rules (e.g., bidding limits, director/公司 restrictions, exclusive citizen contractor preferences, prohibition on canvassing).
• Regulatory/compliance: NCA registration before contract award (not necessarily at tender submission); evidence of tax compliance; adherence to PPADA and related procurement rules; foreign inputs rules if applicable (40% local content for foreign bidders).
