Procurement of Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement works for the Mwatate – Rukanga – Guranze – Lunga Lunga (B56) Road, reserved for Youth, requiring NCA registrations in classes 5–7. Requirements

• NCA registration required before contract award; Kenyan registration and local ownership rules apply; Joint Ventures must conform to JV rules; registration with NCA is not a tender condition but is a contract condition.

• Site/price conditions: mandatory pre-tender site visit; rates must reflect prevailing market prices (Price Reference Guide May 2026); bids serialized and properly bound.

• Representations for site visit: every bidder must be represented by one Technical Person (Diploma in Civil/Highway Engineering) with certified IDs, diplomas, registration proofs, and an official authorization letter (Hard copies required).
