Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance: similar previous experience, qualified personnel, current workload; exclusive citizen preferences; anti-collusion; no canvassing; strict tender limits (max 2 tenders per bidder, max 1 award); directors’ cross‑company restrictions; ongoing works disqualify; NCA registration required before contract signing; 40% local content for foreign bidders; validity per TDS; post‑qualification procurement; market-rate conformity.

How to Apply
