Overview

Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement works on the Sarima-Loiyangalani (A4) Road to be funded through the Road Maintenance Levy Fund (RMLF). KeNHA invites bids from eligible construction companies registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) in Category NCA 6, 7 or 8, for work in the KeNHA Upper Eastern region (Isiolo). This is an Open Tender.

Requirements

• Mandatory documents with bid: Certificate of incorporation; Valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes 6/7/8); Valid Tax Compliance Certificate; Recent CR 12 (issued within 6 months); AGPO registration for Access to Government Procurement Opportunities – PWD category.
• Page serialization of tender documents.
• Other: Similar previous experience; Professional/Technical personnel; Current workload; Eligibility checks; 40% local content requirement for foreign tenderers; Joint venture rules; debarment checks; no canvassing.
