Overview

KeNHA invites bids for Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Chifiri-Bangale (B83) Road, financed through the Fuel Maintenance Levy Fund (RMLF). Eligible bidders are construction firms registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) in Category NCA 5, 6 or 7, including Youth under AGPO; the bid requires a mandatory pre-tender site visit and strict eligibility checks.

Requirements

• Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
• Copy of Valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes 5, 6 or 7)
• Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• Copy of CR12 form (issued within last 6 months)
• Copy of AGPO Registration for Youth category
• Bidder must serialise all tender pages; binding and pagination requirements
• Evidence of similar past experience, qualified technical personnel, current workload
• Compliance with exclusivity for citizen contractors; no canvassing; no bid if ineligible due to prior awards or ongoing works
• Pre-qualification criteria (NCA registration; tax status; local content rules)
• Registration with NCA is a contract-award condition (not a tender condition)
• Foreign bidder rules and domestic sub-contracting expectations as specified
