Requirements

• Mandatory documents with bid:
  • Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
  • Copy of Valid NCA Annual Practising Licence in classes 6–8
  • Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
  • Copy of CR 12 form (issued within last 6 months)
  • Copy of AGPO registration certificate in the Youth category
  • Serialise all pages of the tender submission
• Other mandatory criteria:
  • Similar prior experience; qualified professional personnel; current workload; overall eligibility
  • Post-qualification procurement method; adherence to market rates (see Price Reference Guide)
  • Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; no canvassing; exclusive citizen contractor preference
  • Avoid conflicts of interest; joint ventures must be properly constituted
