Overview

Procurement of routine maintenance and spot improvement works for Junction Samatar (Junct B100) – BojiYare (A13) Road in Garissa, reserved for women contractors. KeNHA invites bids from eligible construction firms registered with NCA in categories 5, 6 or 7, under AGPO WOMEN, funded by the Fuel Maintenance Levy Fund (RMLF).

Requirements

• Mandatory submission with bid:
  • Copy of Certificate of incorporation
  • Copy of Valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes 5–7)
  • Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
  • Copy of CR12 form (issued within last 6 months)
  • Copy of AGPO registration in WOMEN category
  • Page serialization of all tender pages
• Other eligibility/compliance (as per tender documents):
  • Relevant prior roadworks experience; qualified professional personnel; current workload
  • Limits on bid participation (max two tenders per bidder; can only be awarded one; applicants with ongoing works or multiple directorships may be disqualified)
  • Compliance with anti-corruption, no canvassing, and exclusive citizen contractor preferences
