Overview

Procurement: inspection and service of a faulty air‑compressor desiccant dryer; open to OEM‑authorised service providers or suitably qualified specialist contractors with demonstrable experience in servicing similar equipment. Bidders must demonstrate OEM authorisation, trained technicians, three or more reference letters, and access to genuine OEM spare parts.

Requirements

• Valid OEM Authorized Service Provider/Distributor Certificate or OEM Letter of Authorisation confirming authority to inspect, service, repair and maintain the equipment.
• Proof of qualified technicians trained and competent in servicing compressed air systems and desiccant dryers.
• At least three (3) reference letters for similar projects in the last five years.
• Proof of availability of genuine OEM spare parts or access to OEM‑approved replacement parts.
• Service report and commissioning: provide a comprehensive inspection report detailing findings, actions taken, test results and future maintenance recommendations.
• Required Documentation (Tax Clearance, SBD4, B-BBEE or affidavit if EME, COID/Good Standing if applicable, and any other documents requested).

• Pre-qualifications/registrations: Tax clearance with SARS; SBD4; B-BBEE status; COID (where applicable).
• Briefing session: Compulsory briefing not applicable; optional site briefing on request (address to be advised).
