Overview

SALE OF ASSORTED BOARDED MOTOR VEHICLE AND MOTOR CYCLES is a public disposal tender inviting bids for unserviceable vehicles and motorcycles, sold “as is” with a reserve price; open to all eligible bidders. Bidders should meet the mandatory qualifications outlined in the tender documents (registration/incorporation or national ID, KRA PIN, etc.).

• 20% deposit of the reserve price by bankers’ cheque (refundable if unsuccessful; forms part of payment for successful bidders) payable to NG-CDF Kisumu West
• Copy of KRA PIN
• Duly signed Form of Tender
• Confidential Business Questionnaire
• Schedule of items and prices
• Self-Declaration SD1
• Self-Declaration SD2
• Code of Ethics declaration
• One original tender bound and paginated
• Tax compliance certificate (Kenyan bidders) or exemption
