Requirements

• Submit quotations in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the quotation number and description.

• Late quotations or those submitted by e-mail/fax will not be considered.
• Quotations are evaluated under the 80/20 Preferential Procurement system; Council may accept full or part thereof.
• Bids remain valid for 150 days from closing date.
• All technical inquiries must be in writing to the responsible official; no inquiries in the last two days before closing.
