Overview

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications and compliance:
• 95% service level target; potential contract termination for non-performance with 30 days’ notice.
• Hazardous chemicals handling certificate (or equivalent proof) required for bid eligibility.
• Compliance with POPI, OHS Act and regulations; safety arrangements per Appendix II.
• BBBEE/specific goals: disclose Annexure A and claim points (e.g., 51% Black Owned, 30% Black Women Owned, EME/QSE) to obtain specific goals points.
• Administrative & pre-qualification: CSD registration; Tax clearance; SBD1 completed; compliant with all returnable documents.
