Overview

Procurement of SAP HCM Personnel Time Management (PT) services for SAP ERP ECC6, to analyse, configure, test, deploy and support leave-management changes on a time-and-materials basis. Suitable for SAP HCM consultants with ECC6 PT expertise, leave-policy alignment (BCEA), and the ability to deliver within a one-month engagement and VAT-inclusive pricing, with payment terms of 30 days.

Requirements

• Time-and-materials SAP HCM Personnel Time Management (PT) service provider.
• Deliverables include analysis/design, configuration/build, testing, deployment/go-live, post-implementation support, and knowledge transfer within a maximum one-calendar-month period.
• Point of delivery: SAPO Head Office (NPC).
• Compliance: Tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS), possible CSD number; BBBEE certificate (including consolidated BBBEE for consortia/JVs); no bids from State service entities.
• Documentation: Submit on official forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD7), Certificate of Acquaintance, Confidentiality/NDA; Pricing Schedule in ZAR; English language.
• Clarifications requested by 2026/07/02; proposals due 2026/07/06 11h00; proposals must be emailed.
