SASOLBURG MAGISTRATE COURT OFFICE : RENDERING OF CLEANING SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS

Overview

Provision of cleaning services for Sasolburg Magistrate Office for a period of 36 months. Open to bidders with demonstrated capability in public-sector cleaning/facilities management, including health and safety, labour standards and BBBEE compliance.

Requirements

CSD registration and mandatory information (business reg, tax status, directors, etc.).
Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; ensure status is verifiable (and provide if on a consortium, per-party proofs).
BBBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate or sworn affidavit; for consortia, consolidated certificate.
Complete and sign the PA32 (Invitation to Bid) and submit the fully priced pricing schedule; provide all related forms (PA-04, PA-11, PA-15.x, PA-16, DPW-16, DPW-21, DPW-09) as applicable.
Site briefing attendance and compliance with all responsiveness criteria; corrections must be inked; no correction fluid.
Health, safety and insurance: comply with OHS requirements; provide public liability and all-risk/SASRIA insurance where applicable.
Administrative requirements: respond to requests for additional information within 7 days; maintain site safety plans and EPWP considerations as described in the tender terms.
