Overview

SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE TO VARIOUS LV, NURSE CALL, COMMS, PV AND UPS FOR ALFRED NZO is a construction tender for maintenance of low-voltage facilities across Alfred Nzo District health facilities. Open to electrical contractors with CIDB EB Grade 7+ (or equivalent via Regulations); joint ventures are allowed with specific CIDB and JV documentation. Tender demands a qualified Electrical LV Maintenance Manager and an Electrical LV Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements

• CIDB: contractor grading EB, Grade 7+ (or equivalent as per regulations); joint ventures must meet detailed CIDB requirements (lead partner EB Grade 6, combined grade ≥7, CIDB and CSD registrations).
• Key personnel: Electrical LV Maintenance Manager and Electrical LV Maintenance Supervisor with LV installation/maintenance experience.
• Compliance/documents: CIDB certificate, CIPC certificate, VAT/CSD registrations, COIDA good standing, SARS tax compliance (PIN/CSD), Company address proof, bank rating (minimum Grade C).
• Returnable schedules: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; Annexures A, B; T2.2 series (subcontractors, plant/equipment, key personnel, bank rating, etc.); Form of Offer and Acceptance (C1.1), Contract Data (C1.2), Price Data (C2.1/C2.2).
• Resource allocation: detailed Plan showing dedicated Alfred Nzo resources (organogram, plant/equipment, response logistics) and confirmation that resources aren’t duplicated in other districts.
• Evaluation: two-stage process (administrative/compliance, then price/preference) with risk analysis for top bidders.

• Submit online via the National Treasury eTender Portal by 09 October 2026 at 11:00; no physical submissions.
• Registration: ensure CIDB, CSD, CIPC, COIDA, SARS tax compliance, and COIDA documentation are in order.
• Prepare and submit: Form of Offer and Acceptance (C1.1), Contract Data, pricing data (C2.1/C2.2), and all Returnable Schedules (T2.2) with Annexures A–B, sub-contractor schedules, plant/equipment, and key personnel details.
• Queries: directed in writing to Ms Thabisa Notshe (echealth.gov.za) during tender period.
