Overview

Supply and delivery of Global Handwashing Day awareness campaign materials for the Ehlanzeni District Municipality. The contract covers branded promotional items (pull-up banner, 10-litre basins, 1-litre handwash bottles) and is open to service providers capable of producing and delivering campaign materials with branding, within the district’s procurement framework.

Requirements

• CSD registration with a report not older than 3 months; attach copy.
• Price must be firm, VAT inclusive, and valid for at least 30 days.
• Bidders must not be in the service of the state.
• Fully complete attached MBD forms and submit with the quotation.
• Bank account confirmation letter with bank stamp not older than 3 months (if banking details aren’t verified on the CSD).
• Original certified IDs of company directors.
• Original certified company registration certificate (CIPC).
• Valid SARS PIN.
• Verifiable municipal accounts or equivalent proof of address for tenderer and entity owners/directors not older than 3 months.
• Fraud prevention and compliance with SCM rules; adherence to 80/20 preference system with district-specific goals.
• Preference items include: EMEs located in Ehlanzeni; and points for historically disadvantaged status, women, youth, people with disabilities, military veterans (as per the tender’s table).

How to Apply

• Submission method: written quotations must be physically deposited to the Bid Box, Tender Room, Ground Floor, 8 van Niekerk Street, Sonheuwel Central.
• Documents to complete/submit: MBD1 (Part A) buy-in with TOTAL BID PRICE, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, and other returnable documents as per SCM 045; ensure full MBD forms are included.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: CSD (with current report), SARS PIN/TCS where applicable, and tax compliance; if foreign, complete Part B:3 and provide CSD where required.
