Overview

Supply and delivery of Section 56 notice books for law enforcement. Bidders should be printing/packaging suppliers capable of producing multi-part, watermarked notice booklets (325 x 216 mm, four parts, 100 sets per book) and meeting municipal procurement requirements; experience with official municipal stationery is advantageous.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database with a current CSD report not older than 3 months.
• Prices quoted must be firm, VAT and other taxes inclusive, and valid for at least 30 days.
• No quotations from persons in the service of the state.
• Fully complete and submit mandatory MBD forms with the quotation (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9).
• Attach a bank account confirmation letter with bank stamp not older than 3 months, with affidavit if banking details aren’t verified on the CSD.
• Attach original certified copies of IDs for company directors.
• Attach original certified copy of the company registration certificate (CIPC).
• Attach a valid SARS PIN.
• Attach verifiable municipal accounts not older than 3 months for the tenderer and entity owners or directors, or alternative lease/residence proof if accounts aren’t issued.
• Fraud prevention: ensure document integrity and compliance with SCM requirements.

• Submission deadline: 12:00 on 23 October 2026. Physical quotations to be deposited in the bid box at Ehlanzeni District Municipality, 8 van Niekerk Street, Sonheuwel Central (Ground Floor, Tender Room).
• Submission method: on your business letterhead, in hard copy, to the stated bid box (SCM 046 / 2026-27).
• Documents to complete and submit: MBD1 Part A and the listed MBD forms; CSD report; bank documents; IDs; CIPC certificate; SARS PIN; municipal accounts or lease/residence proof.
