Overview

Provision of events management services for a handover certificate on food safety event at Mzinti Community Hall. Bidders should be event-management/service providers with CSD registration, not in the service of the state, capable of coordinating catering, transport and venue logistics; must complete attached MBD forms and provide supporting documents (CSD report < 3 months, company registration, SARS PIN, bank details, etc.).

Requirements

• CSD registration with a current report (not older than 3 months)
• Prices firm, VAT inclusive, valid at least 30 days
• Not in the service of the state
• Fully complete attached MBD forms
• Bank account confirmation with stamp (not older than 3 months) if banking details aren’t verified on the CSD
• Original certified IDs of company directors
• Original certified company registration certificate (CIPC)
• Valid SARS PIN
• Verifiable municipal accounts or valid lease/residence proof (not older than 3 months)
• Certified Certificate of Acceptability or Food Safety/Hygiene Certificate
• Compliance with SCM/policy and fraud prevention expectations
