Overview

Procurement of cleaning materials and herbicides for Cape Agulhas Municipality, for the period ending 30 June 2027. Open tender seeking suppliers to provide on an “as and when” basis; suitable for cleaning-products and agricultural/industrial herbicide vendors with MSDS, SABS/SANS compliance, and related certifications.

Requirements

• Compulsory documents and schedules (CAMBD 1–9 and related schedules) must be completed and submitted.
• Tax compliance: attach SARS Tax Compliance PIN; CIDB not applicable (CIDB registration listed as N/A in the schedule).
• BBBEE: provide BBBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit for preference points.
• MSDS for all chemicals; products must meet SABS/SANS standards.
• Municipal accounts up-to-date; include a municipal account certificate.
• If foreign or JV, separate TCS/CSD details as applicable; use official bid forms (not re-typed).
• Evaluation: 80/20 with 80 for price, 20 for BBBEE status and locality.

• Use official CAMBD forms; include CAMBD 1A (Invitation to Bid), CAMBD 2 (Tax PIN), CAMBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), CAMBD 6.1 (PPP), CAMBD 8, CAMBD 9, Form of Offer & Acceptance, and all other compulsory documents.
