Overview

Reissue RFQ to appoint a job evaluation service provider to perform the job evaluation process for a period of three years as and when a need arises for the Water Research Commission (WRC). Bidders should have proven job evaluation expertise, familiarity with the Paterson Job Grading Methodology, ability to benchmark across industries, maintain a data repository, and deliver management-ready reports. Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., SARA) and capability to produce auditable results are required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing job evaluation services
• Registration with relevant job evaluation professional bodies (e.g., SARA)
• Three reference letters from different organisations (within 3 years)
• Example job evaluation reports for three different occupational levels
• Company profile with experience, qualifications, accreditations; CVs for personnel (minimum 5 years’ experience) and membership (e.g., SARA)
• Clear description of the job evaluation process and turnaround times
• Ability to evaluate and grade using the Paterson Methodology; produce reports and retain a searchable database
